My hubby and I are building a house in Mt Colah, mad I know! We chose Wisdom as our builder for their designs, their flexibility, their reputation for being fair on upgrades and credits, etc. So far we've only had a couple of hiccups but I am sure it can only get better. I am sure that our emotional rollercoaster has only just started even though we've been in this process with Wisdom since early Nov 08

- 28/07/09 - Plaster commenced

- 24/07/09 - Wall Insulation done and ceiling insulation commenced
- 21/07/09 - Electrical fit out done
- 17/07/09 - Roof tiles installed (minus a bold patch)
- 15/07/09 - Facsias and gutters installed
- 14/07/09 - Bricking finished and roof tiles delivered
- 07/07/09 - Bricking started (and my mum's b'day)
- 06/07/09 - Bricks delivered
- 03/07/09 - water and gas pipes installed

- 30/06/09 - Drainage done
- 26/06/09 - Slab poured
- 25/06/09 - Waffle Pods installed
- 23/06/09 Plumbing commenced - pipes went in
- 18/06/09 - Piering done
- 15/06/09 - Excavation and site bench
- 12/06/09 - Site start, import of fill
- 02/06/09 - Construction Certificate released
- 29/05/09 - Site peg out done
- 12/05/09 - DA approved
- 14/04/09 - DA submitted to Council
- 23/03/09 - Contract signed
- 20/12/08 - Sign Tender
- 1/11/08 - Deposit paid for site survey and preparation of tender

Darren is very jealous as he would have loved to have done it himself or at least take part in it.
Never mind, perhaps in the construction of your next house!!!!..
